New Berlin Citizens United, UA is a non-partisan, non-profit, community-based organization that advocates and protects the rights and best interests of the residents of New Berlin, Wisconsin. Our members are everyday citizens who care deeply about how our city is governed and how decisions made today shape our community’s future.
Our Mission
Our mission is to promote transparency, accountability, and open public participation in city government. We do this by closely observing and constructively engaging with city hearings, meetings, and proceedings, helping ensure that local decision-making reflects the needs and concerns of New Berlin residents.

Our Current Challenge (2026):
This Addiction Rehab Facility is using a church classification to be approved in an M-1 (light industrial) zone, this should be zoned as RM-1 (residential) or I-1 (institutional). We are challenging this designation and under legal representation of Joseph Cincotta.
